Dark Timber is a thriller about Andrea Johnston, a college girl, who tries to get an interview with an old man and instead gets abducted by the man and his son.  As she is being held and tortured, she gets some help to escape from an unusual source, the ghost of a former captive who has sworn revenge on the old man. 

Dark  Timber is set in the back woods of Florida where the old man, Ehric Geitzen, and his son Marcel make a living selling firewood.
